I like the framing around reviews being an investment in both the reviewer's + author's joint future, to educate with the right level of feedback being conscious of the required context, and the difference in incentive mechanisms between oss and corporate (which i think plays the biggest role in producing good results, ie create a team who cares about the work they do).
